Bio

Since joining CFM in 2007, Ashley Sherrick, Associate, has helped support marketing communications and research clients.

As part of the public relations team, Ashley focuses on media relations, event planning and management, as well as media coverage analysis and database management.

Her passion for the food and beverage industry was evident before she started her public relations career, as her first job was in the restaurant industry. Since then she’s gained about seven years of experience in the field. Her knack for media relations and passion for the culinary world has led her to many successes for the main clients she has worked on, including Tillamook® Cheese and Tree Top, Inc.

When she’s not at work, she enjoys exploring the never-ending culinary scene in Portland, cooking with friends, seeing live music, running, yoga and trekking the beautiful outdoors in the Pacific Northwest.

She is a graduate of the University of Oregon's School of Journalism and Communication with a degree in public relations. Previous part-time positions have included work for the Business Education Compact, an Intel Corporation internship in the communications department and work for local restaurants.

An established, powerful group of influencers that are a vital branch of the social media tree are alpha moms.
